Megan Magnuson is a fitness professional with a wealth of experience in health and wellness. A swimming coach since 2000, Megan has been motivating athletes to reach their potential. Megan spent many years as a middle school English teacher and has continued teaching in the health/wellness and fitness profession.
Megan earned her undergraduate degree in English and teaching from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and her graduate degree in education from the Winona State University. She is a certified fitness and cycling instructor.
Megan started swimming competitively at the age of seven and swam D-III for four years while in college. She continues to compete in swimming today. Post college, Megan got involved in running and triathlon events and has competed at every distance, including full marathon and Ironman events.
Megan is passionate about health, wellness, and fitness. She continues to train while also coaching and inspiring others to reach their goals.
Dale Magnuson is an IT professional and fitness addict. He has been coaching swimming since 1999. He started coaching at the collegiate level and eventually moved into high school. Dale is an IT manager during the day and a coach at night. He earned his bachelors degree in computer science and coaching from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and his masters degree from the University of Phoenix. Dale started swimming competitively at the age of 6 and maintained a year-round training schedule through college. Post college, Dale got involved in mutisport events and has competed at every level in triathlon including two full Ironman triathlons. Dale has also completed multiple half and full marathons. Dale is passionate about wellness and fitness and continues to train himself, along with inspiring others to focus on well living.

Daryl Byklum is a history teacher by trade but prefers to identify as a self-trained photographer dedicated to his love of the camera lens. His photography skills have a background in sports photography and his current pursuits maintain an avid interest in nature photography. He has been capturing images on his Nikon for the past 25 years and vehemently claims that no pixels have been harmed in his pursuit of digital photography. He holds a masters degree in geography from South Dakota State University and did his undergraduate work at Minnesota State University – Moorhead. He is also a freelance writer and has never once considered running a marathon.
